Your role

The crime prevention work should be knowledge-based, and a success factor is collaboration. Therefore, within the area of early social support, we are expanding with a new position; coordinator within SSPF. You will be a key person in the collaboration between social services, schools, police, and leisure activities. You will work both operationally and strategically.

Your assignment as an SSPF coordinator includes, among other things, convening, holding network meetings, following up, and keeping the model alive by establishing routines and finding effective “tools”. You will be involved in assessing risks, needs, and receptiveness to find suitable interventions. The work is documented systematically according to consent and collaboration routines.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

• a degree in social work or another degree deemed equivalent by the employer
• experience working with children, youth, and their families
• experience in mapping assignments and leading meetings
• experience collaborating with schools, police, and/or leisure activities
• knowledge of current legislation within SOL, LVU, and OSL
• good knowledge of the Office package and good IT skills
• the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

It is meritorious if you have:

• experience working in Stockholm City
• experience working as a coordinator
